Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and deliver IT projects successfully. The ideal candidate will manage scope, cost, timelines, and resources while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and alignment with business goals. This role requires both leadership and hands-on technical understanding to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Define milestones and allocate resources to meet objectives.
- Align project deliverables with company strategy and client needs.
- Lead technical discussions and support the team in design, development, and delivery.
- Oversee issue identification, risk management, and resolution processes.
- Ensure timely delivery and implementation of technology solutions.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, and sponsors.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management with a technical foundation.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Experience in business & IT strategy alignment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master is an advantage.
